For your comfort, we recommend dressing warmly (weather dependent) and bringing your own blankets to stay cozy throughout the ride. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to complete our waiver forms. Our front desk is conveniently located in the lobby of the West Lake Grill.

When booking, please keep in mind that we do not offer refunds at our establishment, if there comes a situation where you do not have a date in mind that you would like to reschedule, we put the dollar amount from your booking into a credit system, these credits never expire and can be used towards anything we offer here at both Heritage Ranch and the West Lake Grill.
